Freeman Residence is a premium coastal development offering 46 architecturally designed apartments, including dual-key configurations and short-stay accommodation. Located just steps from Leighton Beach, the project demanded a modern, secure, and flexible access solution to support both long-term residents and short-term guests.
We delivered a fully integrated electronic access control system tailored to the unique needs of this mixed-use development:
- Smart lock systems for all apartment entry doors
- Dual-key access configuration for short-stay and long-term flexibility
- RFID and mobile app-based entry for residents and guests
- Secure fob access for building entry points, lifts, and shared amenities
- Remote management capabilities for property managers and short-stay operators
- Audit trail functionality for enhanced security and monitoring
Our access systems were selected for their ease of use, reliability, and seamless integration with the building’s architecture and operations:
