The Ritz-Carlton Perth is a six-star luxury hotel located at the heart of Elizabeth Quay, offering 205 rooms and suites with sweeping views of the Swan River. Our team was selected to provide architecturally integrated door hardware that complements the hotel’s refined aesthetic and meets the highest standards of performance and durability.
We delivered a full suite of customised door hardware solutions across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, including:
- Premium lever handles in brushed brass and matte black finishes
- Concealed hinges for a seamless, minimalist look
- Soft-close hydraulic door closers for guest comfort
- Electronic locking systems integrated with hotel access control
- Fire-rated hardware for emergency and service doors
- Custom pull handles for lobby and restaurant entrances
Working closely with the architects at Cottee Parker, we ensured that all hardware selections aligned with the hotel’s luxury design language. Key highlights include:

- Matching finishes across all visible components
